The diameter of the field in this drawing is 430mm.

Underlying a seemingly random image is an intricate geometric network of intersecting lines developed using a script in Processing. At each intersection there are a series of darker coloured dots that form the basis of the drawing. Over time the remaining area is slowly built up in a more chaotic manner whereby the structure becomes obscured.
The forms are inspired by the designs of Piet Oudolf and cartography, relating directly to gardens and wild meadows.
